Great honor for our research and development work: As part of the Energiesparmesse Wels, CONA Solar was awarded the prestigious “Energie Genie 2026” innovation prize by the Department of Economic Affairs and Energy of the State of Upper Austria!
The expert jury honored our newly developed CCS+ collector – a high-performance solar thermal collector that sets new standards in terms of efficiency and sustainability:
Top yield: The collector delivers an outstanding solar yield of more than 700 kWh per square meter.
Sustainable construction: An innovative thermal design allows us to use wood as an eco-friendly construction material directly in the support frame.
Revolutionary installation: Thanks to a special high-performance glass bonding, the collector can be installed using vacuum lifters with minimal labor required.
The certificate was officially presented by Minister of Agriculture Norbert Totschnig, State Secretary Elisabeth Zehetner, and Regional Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy Markus Achleitner to our Managing Director, Mag. Clemens Hubmer.
